Jayapuara, Aparat kepolisian dari Polda Papua berhasil menangkap Panglima Tentara Nasional Papua Barat(TPM-PB), Gideon Wenda (GW) di rumah seorang warga ET di Yahim, Distrik Sentani, Kabupaten Jayapura, minggu 14/10 lalu.

Penangkapan ini merupakan hasil penyelidikan Tim khusus polda papua atas keberadaan tersangkah yang sudah masuk dalam Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO) Polres Jayapura Kota. Dari hasil penelusuran yang bersangkutan tengah berada di rumah ET, kesempatan itu tidak kami sia-siakan dengan melakuakn penggerebekan dan menangkapnya, ungkap Pjs. Kabid Humas Polda Papua, AKBP I Gede Sumerta Jaya, SIK kepada wartawan di ruang kerjanya, kamis (18/10) kemarin.

Kabid Humas menjelaskan, dari pengkapan itu, Timsus Polda menyita barang bukti berupa buku Alkitab, selembang uang PNG sebesar 2 kina, Uang Indonesia Rp. 18 ribu, selembar kertas berisi nomor telepon, 4 batu chykloop hitam, 3 burung, 5 palstik berisi bulu burung dan ponsel nokia X3.

GW merupakan panglima TPM/OPM yang terlibat dalam aksi penyerangan nafri II pada I agustus 2011. dari hasil pemeriksaan, GW mengaku bukan saja sebagai pelaku penyerangan nafri II, namun juga merupakan panglima TPM Papua Barat.  GW tercatat sebagai organisasi TPM-PB itu sebagai ketua operasi sector B wilayah Abepura di bawah pimpinan Danny Kogoya. Selain itu, GW juga diketahui merupakan bagian kelompok Lambert Pekikir yang eksis bergerilya di wilayah perbatsan RI-PNG. Yang mana Lambert Pekikir sendiri hingga saat ini masih dalam pengejarat aparat kepolosian.

GW megaku ada pelaku lain yangt terlibat dalam serangan penembakan di nafri. Abepura, 28 november 2010 dan agustus 2011. Mereka berinisial EJ,OK,DLB,AK,AWK,SH,DM dan TK. 9 pelaku ini belum tertangkap dan akan kami kejar, guna mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatan mereka, tegasnya.

Pjs, kabid humas mengatakan, guna menjalani pemerikasaan lebih lanjut, GW saat ini di tahan di mapolres jayapura kota guna pemerikasaan terlebih lanjut  dan menjalani proses hokum. GW telah kami serahkan ke porlresta, karena penanganan perkaranya disana. Selain GW, sebelumya polisi juga berhasil menangkap Danny kogoya, LS, KJ, PK serta NJ, tukasnya.

Untuk di ketahui, kasus Nafri II terjadi 1 Agustus 2011, dini hari pukul 03.15 WIT. Para pelaku mengadakan penghadangan dan melakukan penembakan serta melakukan pembacokan terhadap warga yang melintas di jalan raya sekitar kampung Nafri, Kota Jayapura, Papua. Jayapura - Adanya rencana sekelompok  masyarakat untuk memperingati setahun Kongres Rakyat Papua (KRP) III di lapangan Theys, Sentani Kabupaten Jayapura, Jumat 19 Oktober hari ini, Polda Papua secara tegas menyatakan tidak memberikan izin.

Bahkan Polisi mewarning tidak segan-segan  membubarkan dan menindak dan menindak tegas pihak-pihak yang ingin mengibarkan bendera Bintang Kejor atau lambang perjuangan bangsa Papua Barat saat  perayaan peringatan KRP III berlangsung.

I Gede mengungkapkan, pihak Panitia Perayaan Peringatan  KRP II telah  menyampaikan permohonan izin menggelar peringatan setahun KRP III. Namun, Polda  tidak mengeluarkan izin atau Surat Tanda Terima Pemberitahuan (STTP). “Polisi kuatir  adanya upaya-upaya makar atau mendirikan negara diatas negara diprakarsai Presiden NFRPB Forkorus Yoboysembut, sehingga tidak memberikan izin,”tegasnya.

Sebelumnya, Ketua Panitia Perayaan KRP III yang juga  Ketua Tim 7 NFRPB Pdt. Kelly Yabansabra, S.Theo menyatakan, peringatan hanya menggelar ibadah  syukuran, dan juga sekaligus mengibarkan Bendera Bintang Kejora, Bintang  Empatbelas  berdampingan dengan  Bendera Merah  Putih sekaligus  mengundang Presiden  Susilo Bambang  Yudhoyono.  

Hari Ini KRP III Dirayakan Dalam Ibadah Syukur
Meski mendapat penolakan dari Markas Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat dan tidak mendapatkan ijin dari Polda Papua, namun Panitia  berjanji akan tetapt melakukan perayaan setahun  KRP 3  dalam bentuk ibadah syukur.

Sedangkan Pernyataan Juru Bicara Tentara Pembebasan Nasional (TPN) Papua Barat, Jhona Wenda, bahwa Markas Pusat TPN Papua Barat telah mengeluarkan instruksi/seruan dan pernyataan sikap terkait dengan hasil Kongres Rakyat Papua (KRP) III maupun kegiatan-kegiatannya yang sudah/dan akan dilaksanakan kedepannya, yang  intinya menolak hasil KRP III dan peringatakan KRP III, ternyata mendapat tanggapan serius dari Sekretaris Panitia Peringatan Deklarasi Pemulihan Kemerdekaan Bangsa Papua Barat KRP III, Elly Serwa.

Menurutnya dengan pernyataan Jhona Wenda dimaksud, pihaknya mempertanyakan posisi Jhona Wenda didalam perjuangan kemerdekaan bangsa Papua Barat. Apalagi statmennya itu patut dipertanyakan dan diselidiki.

Dirinya menilai pernyataan yang dikeluarkan Jhona Wenda itu merupakan pernyataan sepihak yang mungkin saja sudah dipengaruhi oleh kepentingan tertentu. Soal kepentingan tertentu siapa Elly tidak menyebutkannya.

“Jangan sampai pernyataan Jhona Wenda sudah dikolaborasi oleh kepentingan-kepentingan tertentu sehingga berbicara seperti itu. Apakah Jhona Wenda sudah capek berjuang?,” ungkapnya saat menghubungi Bintang Papua via ponselnya, Kamis, (18/10).

Dirinya tidak berkomentar banyak, hanya saja menyatakan, semua proses perjuangan menuju kemerdekaan bangsa Papua Barat yang dalam hal ini secara defacto dan dejure diakui keberadaannya, itu harus dihargai oleh rakyat Papua, entah itu diperjuangkan oleh siapapun.

Terkait dengan peringatakan KRP III dimaksud, kata Elly, tetap dilaksanakan pada hari ini (Jumat, 19/10) pada pukul 09.00 Wit di lapangan almahrum Theys Hiyo Eluay. Untuk itu semua komponen diharapkan turut hadir untuk merayakannya.

Peringatan KRP III tersebut hanya dilakukan dalam ibadah syukur, soal kehadiran Presiden SBY, pihaknya belum bisa memastikannya, namun secara undangan tertulis sudah disampaikan ke Kantor Kepresidenan.  “Kami tidak jadi dikibarkan Bendera Merah Putih, Bendera Bintang Fajar dan Bendera PBB. Hanya ibadah syukur biasa saja,” paparnya.

Mengenai permintaan ijin ibadah, pihaknya tidak menyampaikannya ke Polda Papua, hanya disampaikan surat pemberitahuan saja. Disamping itu pula hal ini sudah dikoordinasikan terus menerus dengan pihak Polda Papua.  “Ini hanya ibadah biasa, jadi intinya siapapun tidak  punya hak untuk membatasi seseorang untuk berdoa kepada Tuhan,” tukasnya.(mdc/jir/nls/don/l03)

Pengertian Hak Asasi Manusia

HAM atau Hak Asasi Manusia adalah hak yang melekat pada diri setiap manusia sejak awal dilahirkan yang berlaku seumur hidup dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat siapa pun. Sebagai warga negara yang baik kita mesti menjunjung tinggi nilai hak azasi manusia tanpa membeda-bedakan status, golongan, keturunan, jabatan, dan lain sebagainya.

Pelanggaran HAM atau Melanggar HAM seseorang bertentangan dengan hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia. Hak asasi manusia memiliki wadah organisasi yang mengurus permasalahan seputar hak asasi manusia yaitu Komnas HAM. Kasus pelanggaran ham di Indonesia memang masih banyak yang belum terselesaikan / tuntas sehingga diharapkan perkembangan dunia ham di Indonesia dapat terwujud ke arah yang lebih baik. Salah satu tokoh ham di Indonesia adalah Munir yang tewas dibunuh di atas pesawat udara saat menuju Belanda dari Indonesia.

Pembagian Bidang, Jenis dan Macam Hak Asasi Manusia Dunia :

1. Hak asasi pribadi / personal Right
- Hak kebebasan untuk bergerak, bepergian dan berpindah-pndah tempat
- Hak kebebasan mengeluarkan atau menyatakan pendapat
- Hak kebebasan memilih dan aktif di organisasi atau perkumpulan
- Hak kebebasan untuk memilih, memeluk, dan menjalankan agama dan kepercayaan yang diyakini masing-masing

2. Hak asasi politik / Political Right
- Hak untuk memilih dan dipilih dalam suatu pemilihan
- hak ikut serta dalam kegiatan pemerintahan

- Hak mendapat pembelaan hukum di pengadilan
- Hak persamaan atas perlakuan penggeledahan, penangkapan, penahanan dan penyelidikan di mata hukum.

6. Hak asasi sosial budaya / Social Culture Right
- Hak menentukan, memilih dan mendapatkan pendidikan
- Hak mendapatkan pengajaran
- Hak untuk mengembangkan budaya yang sesuai dengan bakat dan minat

  THERE will be a special guest at this month's meeting of Thame Amnesty. Dr Robert Ridgway, who lives in Seven Acres, in Thame, will be talking about land rights in Namibia and other countries of which he has in-depth experience.

Thame Amnesty is currently urging people to sign a petition to the Indonesian President about Human Rights violations in Indonesia/West Papua, copies of which will be available at the meeting.

The Thame Amnesty meeting is on Wednesday, October 24, at Lord Williams's Lower school, Thame, at 7.30pm-9pm.
